I know that these guys are your new best friends but.....

The 520 and 25 are more expensive than the UK and are also highly likely to arrive with non-UK firmware. I did not check the other prices, but they look a little high too. Plus you have the possible customs issue too.

Just realised i missed out discount code TWGarmin which brings it down to £186.88 delivered

For fans of layering when general purpose cycling - often reduced but never lower than this I think.

Have used it in the depths of a UK winter and also in the Med. It's light microfleece which actually makes it more useful than some "better quality" fleeces. I bought a rather nice Endura fleece for something like £35 but it's generally too thick.

The only thing that would make the snowden better is a small pocket for a hanky.

If you move quickly an extra 20 per cent off until midnight (code flash20) brings it down to £8.

Only if you ride off-road, please. On-road, it's a quick way to get a lot of abuse if you don't fit a suitable lens.

Oh, and if you ride any unlit canal paths, any chance you could dim this thing when you point it at me? I assume these things have brightness modes?

Thanks for drawing my attention to bike lights and my obsession and heckles about them! You are lucky to see any light with 99% of the cyclists round my way. Lots of ninjas and full team kits though!

It's a great price but for a road cyclist is downright stupid. Excessively bright and heavy with the external battery pack. Unnecessary

However it persuaded me to have a look at what else is on offer. They have this
Jobsworth Asterion USB Rechargeable Front Light http://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/LIJOMNSU/jobsworth-asterion-usb-rechargeable-front-light

Which to my amateur eye and comparison is an almost exact copy of the Moon Meteor 200 - Planet X are claiming 400 lumens. It's definitely bright!

Add to basket apply code PXSLS55 and the price is £11.25 delivered. You will pay a fiver for replacement Moon mounts and this comes with 3 almost identical replicas.

Save yourself £20 or whatever - if you are a general roadie / commuter.

But any light is better than none!!!
