Malmesbury is a must for the bimble to Cardiff. Why, one might even encounter a wing walker if one is fortunate enough! There's a Co-op on the High Street and an old shed in the village square to sit in (and get dry, whilst troughing all sorts of wrapped delicacies), before getting further soaked, before the chill breeze from the water helps you dry out. Of course, unstoppable shivering on the inside creates a bit of heat too, but don't worry, you'll soon warm up as you'll be chasing the ride all the way to the first Tescos...then the rain will stop. The sky will have run out of water by then, and there may be one vibrant sausage roll left in the hot cabinet at aforementioned Tesco. If you're lucky.
