Not quite the right place to ask perhaps but why does my post carry a warn status bar?

See here : http://www.cyclechat...40-warn-status/ but to summarise it's only visible to yourself and the admins for when you're naughty.

As for identifying the London returners keep an eye for me as well on a white Secteur. I know 4 of the returners from the Sunday rides. Myself and Aperitif look similar to our profile pics. ;)

EDIT: duh yeah the recumbent is a bit of an easy ident......

I'm sure we'll have a couple from the usual corps of late entrants, but that's about it. Zimmers, send me an e-mail and you're on the ride, but don't expect a reply before Thursday

I received an e-mail but it lost all credibility after linking the words genteel and Horley in the same sentence

I know what you mean!

gbs: Just make sure you don't follow me (almost certainly on a white Viner, if not, it'll be the Condor I was on for Bognor), unless you fancy a very long westerly detour

Hey I'm not too dissimilar to my avatar. With my long, flowing, blond locks and short stubby legs! The bike is a bit bigger though!

Simon, as I mentioned at Gatwick at 3:30 this morning, I'd like to come along.

Am aiming to do a back-to-back with Dunwich, so this will help me acclimatise to being nocturnal!

It might be best to email or text him, Frank - he gave the impression he wouldn't get much chance to check in here for a whilel...

He was on the ride and sitting next to Godlike so they must have talked about it...the riff-raff sat outside talking Pidgin English to the seagull - fat lot of good that was!

Given that Simon fell asleep while I was sitting next to him, I will confirm by email!

It was nice outside - a lot warmer than in the cabin, although the view was perhaps not quite up to some other breakfast venues!

Sorry Frank - when I replied yesterday - in post-ride stupor - I didn't realise that you had posted AFTER our ride! I thought it was a consideration on your part before we set off...doh. (Simon doesn't sleep - it was merely a display of relaxed muscle )

What do you mean about the view? I thought the scaffolding lorry was fab. And as for the Winnebago...it couldn't compete with the chugging queue of traffic held in suspension by the level crossing!
I liked it. particularly in the company we had.

I'm a bit confused about the easy bit.....getting a train back to London with the bike. Ideally, I would like to get a 19 or 49 minutes past the hour train as Simon suggested in his emailed notes, ending up at Clapham Junction so I can take the overground to Kensington Olympia. Do I just get a ticket on the day, or do I have to book a bike space in advance? I would be enormously grateful for any advice.

Thank-you.

I suppose it had a certain charm...!
