As people are coming in its got to be Big Bill Broonzy's Moppers Blues
Then after anybody Got up and said their worst about me.
I Think as previously Mentioned " the End " by the Doors.
Then Richard Wagner's Overture to Tannhauser Just to make people really miserable lol As people are Leaving :bicycle:

The Imperial march from star wars on entry
Wish you were here Pink Floyd as the curtains close.
Humanist for me. Money behind the bar to continue the great family tradition of only being able to to tell the difference between a wedding and a funeral in our family, by virtue of there being one less drunk fighting at the funeral.

I heard somewhere that it was Smoke Gets in your Eyes. I'm probably mixing up stories.

That's a wonderful piece - all the more poignant because he wrote it when he was 19 or something, but never wrote anything again that was worth a damn.

I chose Jake Thackeray's Last Will and Testament for my old man - I think he would've approved. (Tho' one or two of the relis didn't look too sure.)
The bit of Land of the Mountain and the Flood that was used for the theme music of the TV series was indeed the only uplifting bit. The rest I think is pretty dreary.
For those who are too young to know about this series it was about a lawyer in a mythical west coast of Scotland town.
In fact it was based on John Stevenson [of the lighthouse family] who was a lawyer in Oban. He had been also Town Clerk in Tobermory before it was organised out of existence and I knew him reasonably well.

We had Nimrod, at my (paternal) grandfathers, by request of wife & I

I'm not religious, in anyway/shape/form, but I do like a bit of Gospel

Any of these would do
