Assuming your up and over door has a lip on the bottom. All I have done is drill a 10mm hole in bottom of door and into the concrete garage floor, riveted two small steel plates to the lip of garage door with 10mm holes in then simply drop a 75mm long 10mm diameter bolt into each hole through the bottom of garage door. By no means bullet proof but any likely intruder would make a hell of a noise trying to "jemmy"open the door with those steel bolts holding it shut. Easy to do and costs the price of two bolts and a bit of steel.

How do you secure it from the outside?
