There is a cc feeder group going from the south side of westminster bridge. Might be an idea to join them and meet a few more of the CC members?

The weather looks bright but cold .... So how about a 40 mile steady ride out towards Bracknell?

I've got to be in Marlow on Saturday, Small 1 is competing at a regatta there.

If you fancy a later start we can have a ride and head over to the circuit for racing and coffee.. If you want to do a few miles you can race in Cat 4

Nice idea Paul,but i would prefer to do a long distance ride in preperation for next week. Work out the pace i want to ride at,and look at nutrition/hydration.

What kind of distance you looking for, we could head out towards box hill or do the Olympic cycle route.
