Helmet with license plate, brake light, indicators & wipers!

It's demonstrably impractical and probably dangerous, any national safety standards test that applies to helmets should probably fail it.

I can't work out the motives, is it the "next cyclist wasn't wearing a high-vis/helmet" ie you weren't wearing THIS helmet? Or what because I can't seem them being able to enforce this helmet on people it will probably be expensive if it's even practical to make the thing.

Or is it just a madman let loose who genuinely thinks it's a good idea? The addition the prominent license plate makes me think otherwise.

What's one of the biggest problems when it comes to talk about the registration of cyclists.
The issue about the plate and where it would best be placed. Cost of implemting the scheme is another. And in a country where helmet usage is compulsory, where better to mount the plate.
