7 - approx 4.30pm
90 minute 'official' breaks
Loads of gossip time
About 4 - 5 hours work depending on time of year/pressure etc

In a 8 hour shift , i work a max of about 1 hour

My god!!!! Thats not very much , some of my shifts are very quiet especially the night ones but on a day shift my feet can hardly touch the ground for 12 hrs.

Am intrigued to know what you do?
