The first google result for my full name is me, but there are also a couple of others - including someone whose appeal for drug dealing was turned down. Dropping the middle name gives me a lot of matches - 180 on linkedin alone. Part of that is because there are a lot of people, especially in the US, whose parents couldn't spell my name properly, but even with the right spelling there's an inventor, an optometrist, a preacher, a senior Lloyds underwriter, a couple of academics and someone who's big in the UNIX world.
Unsurprisingly (she has a very unusual middle name indeed) Mrs W is absolutely unique, under either maiden or married name.
