It depends on how much cash the local garage has in the till when I call on them.
I do much the same. Draw out £100 and spend it. The following year I get another £100 and so on.I draw out £100 and then use it until I need another £100. I just keep drawing £100 out.
One of the bars local to me in cph was Danish cards or cash only. Forenz weren't exactly welcome.About 15-20 quid and a few pound coins, but here in Norway, very few people use cash. Some will buy just a can of drink and pay with a card.
I use cards for shopping and buying fuel, but if I was having a beer (very rarely) I use cash.
I seem to be finding that my paper money turns into receipts while I'm not looking. Has anyone else noticed this?I normally have no cash on me, just a whole bunch of receipts.
I've noticed in some of these "soap operas" lately that the barmaid hands over a card machine to the customer when they buy a drink. Using a card to pay for something costing 3 quid or less seems a bit odd to me.
And a proper orderly wallet, notes in the correct order is a very important thing. If i have £5 in the front pocket of my wallet.£10 in the middle pocket, and finally £20 in the back pocket of the wallet.
What have i got.
Answer.Somebody else's wallet.
