How much sleep do you get?

Sleeping tablets are no good for long term sleep, they're designed to try and address imbalances within a two week period and can lead to drowsiness in the day which is very unproductive.

Have you tried Chinese herbal medicine or acupuncture- if there's a lot of symptoms going on and your health isn't tip top- see if you can find a practitioner to look at you holisitically. If cost is an issue then see if there are any training schools where you are. The reason I suggest this is that on my recent trip to Hong Kong, I got some excellent treatment- I was always annoyed by my mum's insistence on soups etc but the herbal stuff even though it tasted horrendous did help. I would just like to find a good practitioner back in London that doesn't cost a fortune!!

Worth considering, I suppose you have nothing to lose NT- especially if traditional medicine is not giving any solutions at this point.

Ok..........who jinxed me............I couldnt sleep at all last night:cry:

Night Train...have you tried Valerian and Vervain tinctures? I tend to find they help me more often than not, although not last night.

Yep......lack of sleep. lack of chocolate. All has the same effect on me.Oh yes, and being cold too:laugh:
