Yesterday I steam cooked a load of Jersey potatoes.
MrsD fancies some roasted (with fried eggs, peas on.
My worry is that they are now fully cooked.
I just want them brown/crispy but don't want them turning to mush.
So.......
Will roasting work ?
If so, how?
I am guessing high heat/short time.
Anyone know if this will work?

I only sauté leftovers, Jerseys are cooked in salted water and served piping hot with salted butter. :hungry::hungry::hungry:
Leftover Jerseys (usually not many) are then sautéd with oil and butter as a side dish for lunch the next day.

Feeling hungry now

Yep.....got one of those Tefal Actifry but until you mention it, it didn't cross my mind.
I do roasties in ours all the time. Between that and the pressure cooker I can cook an entire Sunday roast without going anywhere near the oven.
