Years ago I had an over the bonnet incident, courtesy of some twat who hadn't cleared his driver side window. After I picked myself up he said he couldn't see me because his window was misted up. Was it bad of me to say to the witness "did you hear him say his window was misted up?" £120 fine and three points says not.
As a driver I cannot pull away until I have cleared all my windows and door mirrors of ice, snow, mist, rain etc., and that includes passenger and rear.
I don't understand their thought process, a saving of about 45 seconds?
It's an option, and quick not instant, more importantly the patent is close to running out meaning other cars should be getting it soon too. I always looked for it when buying a Ford.
