You said her car was burnt out...perhaps she tried a similar stunt with someone else who wasn't so understanding

Tell her to use minicabs or Uber from now on...then she'll know what dirty car seats actually look like

Neither I nor the rest of my friends would even think about throwing a favour back in someone's face, as this woman has done to you. It is fine to accept this woman's point of view and to understand her grievance, but that does not mean that you are obliged to do anything about it. The fact that she confronted you about it in this way, and the subsequent suggestion that you clean your car before daring to help her out again, would leave me thankful that she had "unfriended" me on social media.

I know it's easy for me to say in a "keyboard warrior" type way, but seriously, if someone said that to me I would explain politely and succinctly why I don't find that acceptable. You don't need to worry if she finds this unreasonable or not.

I can hardly be described as being a fashionista but to me pure white must surely be one of the most impractical colours that one could ever choose for a pair of keks. I'd have kebab sauce straight down them on a night out if ever I dared to venture forth in a pair of those!

Tell her you've got to re-black your car seats now as a patch of the polish has rubbed off. Ask her to pay for a new tin of Cherry Blossom

I told her that if my car doesn't meet with her approval she could try buying one of her own and she told me I was just being rude and disrespectful and has now blocked me on Facebook.
Disrespectful? Who does this person think she is? Respect has to be earned, and from what I am reading on this thread she has done nothing to earn your respect. On the contrary actually; she is acting like a spoilt child and cannot complain if she gets no respect from you.
Tell the self important farkwit Princess to buy some more suitable clothing for nights out, and if she wants a valeted car to sit her precious arse in - then go and pay for the services of a reputable chauffeur driven limousine!
