Nice bike and relevant to the OP - it reassures him Rose is a quality brand and the company is generally good to deal with.
I have a Rose trekking bike and can recommend the brand.
I'm no roadie, but it seems to me size is more critical on a road bike.
This puts you at a bit of a disadvantage when buying online.
You are allowed to inspect the bike when it arrives 'as you would in a shop', which should be sufficient to check the size.
Rose will change the bike if it's the wrong size, but I would check the terms of that with them before ordering.
My bike arrived in a box with no packaging, so re-boxing it would not have been difficult, but there's still the faff of sorting courier pick up.

The euro has fallen more than 20 % against the dollar. A large part of the international trade is done on the basis of US dollars.
