Do red necks mind being called red necks?

My final list of towns in Pennsylvania that share a place name with a named populated place in Italy:
Alba
Arona
California
Canton
Emmaus
Marianna
Marietta
Modena
Monaca
Rome
Verona

It is entirely possible that the American version has a different spelling, or the Italian version is exonymic in which case any attempt at crossreferencing will fail.

None of these appear in the list of *cities* in PA, so I officially give up.
Hence the American habit of referring to Rome-Italy, London -England, and Paris - France. etc. It would be catastrophic if your wonderful Team America landed in Paris - Texas by mistake.

It is indeed, and they discuss at great length the history of the Vulcan and its crews, including the various JointEx's where the aircraft and crews embarassed the Americans with their performance. Its heavy, but a thumping good read.

The refuelling logistics were bonkers.
