It wasn't me!
My favourite levers at the moment are the Lezyne Power Lever XL.
They work conspicuous inconspicuous, even with those pesky tubeless tyres.

Forgive my ignorance but if the inner tube is on the inside with no road surface contact, then how does that effect performance?

I get the importance of tyres but not so much inner tubes.

Well if the replacement tubes weigh more than the ones originally there then it adds up and hence drop in performance however we are talking different of few grams here and nothing substantial. But some would argue that even difference of few grams could be the game changer 😊

More for stability than just adding weight.
Keeps the weight lower(COG), and when using a front loader helps with weight distribution.

A clever use of weight distribution. Those strange Donut motor wheels with the electric motor weight on the circumference always looked quite opposite.
Bales of hay sometimes get used too, I notice.

Bales of hay tend to get used on the rear lift due to the tyre/inner tube not having a water fill valve.
Have you ever tried getting water into the inner tube through a half inch valve?
