Well if the replacement tubes weigh more than the ones originally there then it adds up and hence drop in performance however we are talking different of few grams here and nothing substantial. But some would argue that even difference of few grams could be the game changer 😊

Bales of hay tend to get used on the rear lift due to the tyre/inner tube not having a water fill valve.
Have you ever tried getting water into the inner tube through a half inch valve?
