Is 35C tyre a common size or not?

My next build will have non matching shifters.
Oh - and that bike with non matching wheels/rims - I forgot - one is black and the other is silver.
Aren't bikes wonderful?

Yes, my rear hub is black, front silver. I was going to have them both black but couldn't get the front hub in black and the silver one was a bargain price.

I know what you mean. Some of those cheaper tyres that were fitted by the manufacture can be pretty hard wearing and are sometimes a bit draggy as well. I've recently worn out a really ratty knobbly 26" on the front of my Apollo hack MTB, so they do bite the dust eventually. It lasted over a year though, and it was already half-worn to begin with.
