I wouldn’t say common, 30 psi is the more common lower limit for mtn bike tyres. Fat bikes being lower and bigger volume of course

World Cup XC racers are running 22 / 25 psi nowadays instead of the 40 /45 of yesteryear. Tyre construction has advanced leaps and bounds in the last decade.
