I think I'd be asking how does a disabled person drive a motorhome, change the gas bottles, empty the toilet thingy, get the awning out , convert the seating into beds etc?

A blue badge means that one of the occupants of the vehicle has a disability. The blue badge doesn’t necessarily mean that the driver is disabled.

Regarding, this particular vehicle, it looks like it is parked in an advisory resident’s disabled parking bay. (A formal disabled parking bay will have a sign with a blue disabled symbol next to it). Assuming it is advisory (can’t be sure from the photo) and also assuming no other parking rules are broken, then there is nothing anyone can do about it, even if there was no disabled badge displayed.

So live with it!

You really need to live and let live in my opinion because you come across as a very bitter, judgmental old Man who does nothing but moan.

Seriously it is possible. You can drive to a discharge point to empty the toilet, changing gas bottles is not often needed but is easy to do etc. Why have an awning?
I have a Blue Badge and until recently had a motorhome with no problems. I can only safely walk a short distance.
If I was the kind of person to be easily offended then I would be grossly insulted by your assumption.

Edit. I really should read to the end of the thread before posting as I notice others have made the possibilities clear before me.

"It's hard to make out in the pic' as I had to zoom in on my phone camera as just standing there and taking a pic' close up wouldn't be wise with such nosy tell-tale neighbours."

The irony!.

Maybe put some effort into enriching your own life rather than snooping on everybody else's?.

after seeing the piccie i would tend to agree that its probably ok , i was under the impression it was a bay with muitiple car sized spots .If you can park there still and the other vehicle of the owner isn't taking up a spot in the bay i ant see its a big issue

Do any of you know how much this vehicle is worth, as in how much to buy it?🤔

Not really… you have carefully not shown reg no., so, difficult to judge age. Hymer are a quality brand, but, that looks like an elderly vehicle. It is a wild guess, but, £25,000 - £35,000 ballpark.

I would have thought that the comments on the back may break some law related to public decency, offensive language etc, but, it doesn’t offend me personally.
