Pah, weekend weather looking a bit rubbish and I've effectively got the weekend to myself - MrsF in Scotland on a swimming trip. Could have got some decent miles in, but, looking outside, it's not looking good !

Is it just me or is anyone else feeling cold rather than just cooler after the hot weather? 
I thought I should be feeling comfortably cooler rather than needing to put on a warm fleece, warm trousers and thicker socks, inside the house, not even out in the garden.

Must admit I have had slippers on the last couple of days but otherwise ok .

Shopping done mid morning and a short leisure ride had a little later on in bright, warm but very blustery conditions. Took things easy today as I seem to be completely lacking in energy for some reason. There's been one short but heavy downpour through here a while ago with all the rest of the wetness thankfully staying just to the north west and soaking Ipswich.

Someones alarm was going off for a fair chunk of the night, foam earplugs deployed. Might be soft but still find them uncomfortable.
Spells of torrential rain died out such that a post WAH Co-op trek was done. No chicken breasts so just milk and a TV guide purchase with 45p of members savings.
