Pah, weekend weather looking a bit rubbish and I've effectively got the weekend to myself - MrsF in Scotland on a swimming trip. Could have got some decent miles in, but, looking outside, it's not looking good !

Is it just me or is anyone else feeling cold rather than just cooler after the hot weather?

I thought I should be feeling comfortably cooler rather than needing to put on a warm fleece, warm trousers and thicker socks, inside the house, not even out in the garden.

Must admit I have had slippers on the last couple of days but otherwise ok .

Yes i noticed last night the air had a nip in it.Mind you spent just over a week in Portugal.I even put my cancer socks on last night my feet were cold.

Busy day, now winding down for a few leisurely hours before an early night.
10 miles hiked, snooze snoozed and dog walked.. 👌

Shopping done mid morning and a short leisure ride had a little later on in bright, warm but very blustery conditions. Took things easy today as I seem to be completely lacking in energy for some reason. There's been one short but heavy downpour through here a while ago with all the rest of the wetness thankfully staying just to the north west and soaking Ipswich.

Bacon rolls for tea soon.

There is a rumour around these here parts,than an old cyclechatter back from his Portugal holiday,may might have nodded off just after dinner.Well it is true,no energy at all.
