It is a bit sunny here.
You can get riders who are good at sprinting, some are good at climbing and others in the GC. I was wondering if there was a freewheeling classification because I think I would be good at that.

Washing machine delivery completed I wasn't needed so could have gone for a longer ride
Covid and flu jabs booked for 3 weeks time. Felt more awake than I have been this morning so the car did an Aldi - different Co-op - Waitrose tour. Stacks of chicken breasts in that Co-op so two Aldi price matched one less a 40p voucher. Waitrose had one of those annoying mini shelf shuffles whereby most stuff was were it should be but then others had moved.

Out early @biggs682 ! Looking at the forecast - just had breakfast (no added sugar Heinz Beans are the work of the devil - had to add cheese to hide the sweetener taste). Looks like we have a weather window, so just about to go out before the rain comes back - damp out so it will be clip on guards, quick wheel change from knobbles to road, and winter boots.

Saw a black sit up and beg bicycle with rod brakes, chain guard , Sturmey Archer three speed shining like a new pin. The owner had today’s paper in the rear rack. A wonderful experience seeing one of those and local to me too.

A morning of ironing the washed holiday clothes,a bit of cleaning.Washing up ,putting father in laws winter duvet on his bed,he was cold last night he said,mind you i think the weather has changed,plus we dont have the heating on like in the care home,finally out tonight with f i l to an Indian restaurant his first,he is having grilled chicken breast with veg,me i am having a curry with a pint.Our daughter is coming she will be driving it is a double birthday celebration,two September birthdays.
