But probably quite a bit faster!!
The hour record on a fully faired recumbent is 87.123km, and that was outdoors!
Although aero-dynamics do count for a lot, the rider still has to be in a position where they can generate the required power (450W+ !) for a full hour. An aggressive aero position on tri-bars can be very aerodynamic but pulling the shoulders in too much can reduce lung capacity and mean the rider can't sustain such a high power output. It's all a bit of a trade-off. I'm sure there are similar trade-offs with rider position on a 'bent.
