It is the answer, but if you understood what it refers to you wouldn't be saying it's a waste of time.
I spent a good deal of my life asking people if they really understood what they were asking of me. They got there eventually, which allowed me to answer them much better.
The 'smallest' infinity is aleph-0. It is not known whether there are any other infinities between the countably infinite and real numbers. The 'size' of the set of rational numbers is the same as that of the integers which is the same as natural numbers etc.
