Noisy disk brakes

Hi
My disk brakes are still very squeaky when applied.Ive done about 150 miles on them from new is this normal? They work great,just an annoying noise.Still at least people can here me comming .

remove the pads and reface them on a flat sheet of sandpaper taped to a bit of MDF or something very flat (use a figure eight movement) also scour the disks with sandpaper to take the shine off the braking surface, should stop them screeching.
