Northwave Fahrenheit CR GTX Shoes

Does anybody own these shoes and what are your opinions of them. My feet are often cold in the winter so I've considered buying a pair of winter shoes for next winter and these are currently available for £60 in my size, down from £100. Are they worth the investment?

I got the MTB ones which are very warm and toasty paired up with some merino socks. The road ones have no sole treads so will be no good for any walking at all.
