There are about 6.5 million Finns. This is out of over 7 billion humans. This means that Finns make up a little over 0.09% of the world population.

In other words, over 99.9% of people aren't Finns. We know this because of government censuses.

Now, even the best censuses have a margin of error of 1%. So Finns make up 0.09% of people plus or minus one percent.

In conclusion, there is a 50/50 chance that Finland doesn't exist.
