This is a perfectly serious question right but I'm sure we'll get some interesting answers.

I am just getting back into cycling after a 4 year layoff.

I am concious that I am getting a little uncomfortable after half an hour or so but I know this will reduce in time.
Anyway my question is do any of you know which side of the saddle your tackle goes ? and is it constant throughout your rides?
I tried shifting my habitual riding position and realised mine is constant to the right ! never realised that before in 30 odd years:biggrin:

Right, left up, down, fiddle, adjust, right, left, up, down, fiddle, adjust....... there's a pattern there somewhere.

and that, Peanut, will teach you not to ask a sensible question.

Mind sort of balances in the middle, but I make sure that my shorts are really supportive. In this kind of weather I wear a long vest (base layers are for the 'morally corrupt') which goes all the way down to my gentleman bits and beyond. My bits are then well protected from the wind - and my wind is....oh, forget it.
