On a serious note, very sure (as I said before) that your chain is too short (the chain and RD in your image) and this may end in tears. To test this, stay in the big ring up a hill and try to shift into the largest sprocket (cross-chaining, I know). Of course one would seek to avoid this, but sometimes sh1t happens.
