Phrases I`m getting increasingly sick of hearing

High Rising Tone aka Australian Question Inflection or like, you know, whatever, Valley Girllll accent.
I don't know what causes it, none of the aussies I know do it.
One thing that really annoys me about the Valley Girl accent is the abuse of vocal fry.
