As some others have alluded to, something in the blue range, Merkx blue is my favourite.

I'm not sure what the "Flam" bit means, but the deeper flam reds and flam orange are nice rich colours, Viola also nice if your a purple sort of lass. (assuming its not a Bianchi)
what bike is it on - I'm assuming something steel given its been repaired?

Red ones go faster . . .
"wearing red is consistently associated with a higher probability of winning"
It may be worth asking how durable a finish is.
Dawes call their paint 'Ardaznailz', and after 23 years experience of it I'd say it's certainly durable, but I think that's because it's flexible and resilient rather than just hard. (The pressure from the Ty-Raps holding the lighting cable made a slight impressions in it, which then disappeared by themselves after they were removed)
preferably Matt black
My Raleigh Record's satin black, and it's a complete and utter rust bucket. The paint isn't impervious to water, so the bike's covered all over in rust scabs that are just spontaneously erupting from areas of paint that were previously pristine and undamaged.
