Why would anyone buy a bike designed for riding in the mud in white!
Because they want to be able to see when it they've finished getting it properly clean, because clean bikes last longer and work better?

I'm looking to buy a cx bike. Very limited choice if I want womens specific geometry. Liv/giant do one but it's white for Gawd sake! Why would anyone buy a bike designed for riding in the mud in white! The other is Pinnacle Arkose from Evans. It is eye dazzling, put your sunglasses on, banana - yellow! Prefer something understated, in a colour that is not going to go out of fashion (and is practical - I'm too lazy to spend my entire life washing it) and not covered in huge amounts of writing.
Yeah, I have asked this question before and had differences of opinion! Still can't really decide how important it is. Haven't ridden enough different bikes to be able to tell for myself. My budget is not huge and so not keen on the idea of buying a bike and then spending extra changing all the components on it.If I started limiting myself to women specific stuff I'd get nowhere. It really doesn't make much difference.
This one's not white http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-gb/news/article/all.new.women.s.cx.bike.from.liv.giant/16817/Yeah, I have asked this question before and had differences of opinion! Just get a unisex one and adjust stem and handlebars as needed? Or buy a frame and build There simply aren't many WSD CX bikes, lack of demand I suppose (Ridley do anything being the kings of CX?)
The real shame is that most CX bikes are black or grey (the Boardman comp looks ok)
Or just forget understated
I'm sure Orange let you pick your colour?
... monochrome then!Who says Ti is plain and grey?
Certainly not grey and certainly not plain
I have the burnt copper equilibrium for the record!
Both of those look nice. Wonder if the Liv/Giant one is going to come in within my price range. This one's not white http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-gb/news/article/all.new.women.s.cx.bike.from.liv.giant/16817/
Have you looked at a Dolan build? Although the CX are black

Or Ribble?
A women's geometry bike may well not be perfect either, I had to change the bars on my Avail
I'm about to go the custom route and when given endless choice it's almost impossible to decide!
There are so many to choose from just here! See 'Hot out the oven'
