My prediction - Her Majesty will see through the funeral arrangements, and then any period of official morning, and then once a suitable interval has passed will stand aside. By the end of the year we'll have King Charles, or whatever regal name he may choose as an alternative.

If I turned up at a funeral looking like Boris does, I'd be taken aside by my family and told to sort myself out. This is a sad solemn moment. The Queen deserves respect. Especially as Prince Philip was always well turned out and came from a generation where these things matter.
