Hi Guys, Got hold of Bkool today who tested it remotely, the unit and found it to be faulty. They are going to replace it - great service all round

Does anybody know why when cycling up Honister Pass Bkool simulator shows the gradient increasing but I don't notice any reistance increase (which I thought I would expect with the smart pro 2)

just got it today. what is erg mode? if i was would this be the problem or do i need to be to experience slope/resistance changes?

Just read about ERG. I reckon I need to deactivate it.
