I opened a packet of dried haricot beans today, then read the cooking instructions. There was a Warning sign on the packet saying 'Never cook beans in a slow cooker unless pre-soaked for a minimum of 8 hours and boiled for 10 minutes'. What would happen to someone who ate these dried beans without soaking them and boiling them for at least the minimum times stated?🤔
