There is also a chill in air that Sky are going to stop donating to there Pro/british cycling
maybe the reason for Rapha`s depart

But Rapha has nothing to do with British Cycling,Adidas supplies the kit for them.
Actually Adidas has just brought out some new kit so maybe they are gearing up to go back in with Sky.

Take it that Rapha are staying with Wiggins' team?;maybe to go up to Pro-Conti in 2017?

They are a named sponsor, yes. But I'm not sure whether DHB actually produce the pro team kit. I just wanted to point out that DHB are already sponsoring.

You can buy the team branded kit from wiggle and it says it's from the DHB brand, so I guess so.
