You can buy the team branded kit from wiggle and it says it's from the DHB brand, so I guess so.

That doesn't really prove it. Plenty of manufacturers sell ManU kit, but I assume most of them don't supply the team

Not sure about that...Adidas are paying 750 million for the kit rights for 10 years - I think that precludes anyone else (legally) producing man united kit.
