Aaah. Forgot about Michael Caine. Thanks for the reminder. Must add his Harry Palmer films to my re-watch list.

According to Wikipedia, the character of Harry Palmer was deliberately made dull and boring to be the anti-thesis to the more flamboyant James Bond. Not a lot of people know that!

It's a great film. Sort of based on Bedtime Stories, which is also well worth a watch.
