Well you can actually. Saddles are a odd subject. I couldn't get comfortable on any I had and then bought a rather nasty looking one in a fake carbon fibre finish for about a fiver. Suddenly I was in heaven. It's a bit like the princess looking for a prince, you have to kiss an awful lot of frogs before you find the right one.
