Cannot stand the stuff; despite growing up close to Dundee.
Yes I was forgetting about Dundee of course, it's lost its jute, its journalism is reduced to just the Beano I think, it only has its jam (and marmalade) left.

Marmalade is a subtle joy, especially when it's dark, meaning well caramelised sugars and spread thickly on thick real butter on cold toast, preferably granary. This is also the most digestible, least repeating energy food you can eat before a ride as it combines sugar, fat, slow-release carbs and sheer enjoyment.

For anybody lucky enough to live near a Booths supermarket, their own brand thick-cut is the best, better even than Frank Coopers.

I bleddy love M&S orange and ginger. Normal (just orange) is ok too, I haven't had it for years but recently started eating it again.

These days all the kids are on Marmite and Nutella
