True! I am very happy with PX, but you are right. They can be very slow.Claiming from the Royal Mail won't work. They delivered the parcel. Planet X can be horrific, I would just contact your card company (credit or debit).

did you pay by credit card if so contact the credit card company for a refund and let them take up the fight to get there money back.
Try calling at different times.Pff! 10 minutes of background music then a "we'll call you back"!
You can't expect them to operate off phone calls to different people in the office.
