Specs and Cycling

At the risk of being stopped by the fashion police every ride, I invested in a pair of these to wear over my varifocals. Works very well for me and greatly reduces the glare of oncoming headlights at night. Can mist up a bit in rain so just stop and wipe them every so often as necessary. Certainly the cheapest option!

It never occured to me that you needed "special" cycling glasses. I always just wear my ordinary ones. Sometimes I have to peer over the tops of them when it rains a lot, but apparently rain-x is good I just keep forgetting to put it on.
I wear ordinary clothes aswell though, perhaps I'm not actually a cyclist.
