I nearly crashed the car when the sat nav directed me to turn right onto this

to be fair - if I had seen that sign near those tracks I would have been tempted to move it round!

This is in the woods near me. There's a ridge of tarmac and the rest of the area is river, streams and marshes.

Not sure why we need the sign there - it's either follow the path or swim.

But every once in a while it does prove very useful.

Road.cc claimed this was in London last week. Its actually in Peterborough near the train station, and circa 10years old that's when the Borgues Boulevard (the road on the right in pic) streetview indicates that the lamppost at the corner of the wall was removed.
