All New Chaingang - tonight 7pm

Course: http://www.bkool.com/classification/showIndividualStageClassification/5508
Pico Peñas de Dios (La Yesa - Villar del Arzobispo)

Usual 7pm start for the warm up and race starts at 7:10pm. You will find it under the Live session tab - do not select it from the League tab! If you cant see it use the filter and search for Rick.

Should be pretty fast and furious to the finish. :hyper:
Just had a look at the profile and actually quite like the look of this one. @Add have you Got the contact details of the random stranger you got to look after the kids?

Don't forget that lots of the other people you are riding with will also have had their handicaps reduced, and that it is all relative.

The guys you just pipped last time have all been been given a later start time, so you all fall back into the pack of guys you beat by miles last time.

You finished 3 whole minutes ahead of Adam last time out, but the guys you just beat, Kapelmuur and Insomnia have all been given later Start Times, so you should be just a close to them again. So has Adam! ;)

There is method in my madness, as well as a sprinkle of sadism!

Its Runar and Irish Al (and better ad AAAC to that) that worry me. If they turn up the rest of us are toast!! Those guys thrive on steady positive gradients.

I've just done a second Mountain moose ride. Thought I'd start with the "easiest" ones first! Could be a big mistake 'cos I don't know how I can face the rest now. Thought that was never going to end. I don't know how you lot can do the mountain goats, it would definitely kill me!:notworthy:

Actually my last nights ride was Alpe d' Huez which I did in 1 hour 10 mins (my slowest yet) and at a steady 200watts ish. It was a really easy ride and boredom was the biggest problem. My point being, that on bkool, steep mountains are easy if you ride well within your limits.
Will be looking out for your goats group joining request .

I think that goes for all rides on Bkool - and the opposite is true of all chaingang/handicap races - no matter what the profile or length is they're all brutal!
