I don't think I could improve on that time, on that run. That was with AAAC giving me a bit of a tow too. Good effort though, these sessions are so hard when you are right at the edge of your ability, which is where I always am nowadays, never anytime to cruise or ease up.Yup!Was struggling but held on just about. If you improve any further I won't get near your tines though!
Just accepted you there now Skye.May I join your Bkool party?

Since the purchase of my Turbo trainer i have now suffered a couple of "injuries" to my shoulder/neck area.
Today i had to go to the medical centre to get what i thought was a torn neck muscle sorted and it ended up being both shouler muscles being completely cramped up causing all the pain in my neck, after 20 minutes of the Dr beating crap out of me i now feel almost right again.
I usually make sure i warm up before and after a ride but maybe need to incorperate more shoulder type stuff before and after each session? Has anyone else suffered from this type of condition since taking up turbo trainer work as i never get this when i am out in the "real world" riding.
Alfie, I cant remember where I see it, I think it was someone on here had a similar problem,
I believe they off set their handlebars off central whilst on the trainer and changed from slightly left to slightly right on different rides and that seemed to help?
I was thinking of raising the bars a bit while on the trainer as i don't need the aerodynamics and a more upright style could help, cheers Bert
The problem isn't whilst i am actually riding (well, not that i can tell anyway) and to be fair i feel fine when i get off the bike, it's just that afterwards the shoulders cramp up and decide to hurt whenever they want.I have tri bars on mine now, and that gives me a change of position when a pain starts up so I tend to swap every few minutes. I wouldn't go back to turboing without them.

Is the problem exclusive to the turbo or riding in general?
