I have configured the TeamSpeak server so that each team has it's own channel.

The client download is from https://www.teamspeak.com/downloads

The connection details for the server are :
See a couple of posts down for an updated IP address

Change the nickname to your bkool name, the server password is bk00l (zeros instead of o)

When you connect to the server like this, you will be added to the default channel. You can drag yourself from there into one of the other channels. It will ask for a password.

the passwords are
teamgreen = sn0t
teamwhite = bl4nc
teamblue = xxx

You can set your default channel in the connection details, and enter the relevant password to save you having to try and remember it, however there is another general channel called bkool, which has a password of cyclechat

The server is up now, but gets shut down when I go to bed, it will be available most evenings and all weekend. Like I said if it proves useful I will set it up on a hosted server where it will be available 24x7x365

I'll keep an out out for incoming test connections and talk to anyone who connects.

So did anyone know that with a judicious use of &lapCount=N can be used to schedule a course to run more than once in a session? So, for example that nice little climb we did in the handicap league a few weeks back can be easily turned into a 20 mile gentle climb, which is pretty close to what I was looking for. Going to give it a whirl this afternoon.

Can anyone say repeats on Huez?

FWIW, in the 3D world, you go back to the beginning for the additional laps. But the video stream just stops. And unless someone happens to have done a multi-lap run, you won't have any ghosts to chase, just the bots.

The guide a few posts up should be ok for you? Let me know if you get any issues and I'll help out. Whorty got it going in 4 minutes, although he is in IT. If you're on a laptop that should have a built in mic and speakers to test it. Team not read all used headsets as the laptop mic and speakers can give feedback.

@bert1971 - follow the steps exactly as per Kipster's instructions. Click the link to install the software. Then when it has installed go to the connections menu and key the details in as per Kipster's screen shot (with teamwhite and our password). So simple I could follow it :smile:
