Wow, this month's week 3 ride is a killer and this level of ride will not happen ever month!

I think you meant to say “ever again”, right!?

5th time I do this route, First time on the Neo though, and about 9-10 minutes slower than the 4 Pro ones.

Those sections of 13%+ are much harder than on the Pro which probably stops adding resistance at around 10% for us 80kg+ guys. The Neo just keeps on delivering, and my cadence was way down in the 60’s. I always try to spin, rather than grind, but that was impossible!

Also, is there any way to delete routes you have made on the app? I built a few via gpx and they turned out all glitchy and inaccurate, just wondering if it was possible to delete them and stop them coming up on my feed so i can find the ones i want to ride easier ^_^

If the rides are scheduled. Try checking the dates that you set to ride them - set the end date for tomorrow and save, it should disappear by Monday. If they are in your f@vourites, click on the star to remove it.

yeah wasnt meaning from the schedule (tho thanks for helping me out on that one), but rather deleting them altogether ^_^

Anyone stupid enough to be doing the rerun? I won't be as have guests over and the pizza oven is lit!
I didn’t get it done and now I’m in New Mexico on camera duties. Believe it or not this is more work than all 3 hills.

I expressed in a chat with @BILL S my apologies for such a hard stage this week. I saw 24kms and thought a bit longer than usual but should be ok, what can go wrong? Well 13.6%can go wrong! If it's any consolation, which I know it isn't and whilst I may have suffered for less time, my suffering was immense, especially as I was being chased by the worst of all things, my own ghost!
I'm still learning in terms of the league set up, please forgive me. I have realised now that the standard of rides needs to be pitched for the middle to lower end of our collective abilities. I will endeavor to do this in future, October's league which is scheduled should be a whole lot easier, there's even a downhill stage. Study again, hopefully there was some gain for the pain.

It may have been tough for us mere mortals in the auto bus but at least those kind of rides add variety..

That’s the beauty of having different organisers doing different leagues - yours are challenging and up hill, whilst mine are short and rarely go up at all.

Dark doesn’t even tog up for my rides.. :shy::blush:

It was hard but still enjoyable to complete. Sometimes a flat 20k is harder as it's relentless pace.

Just to prove I couldn't ride today! Bbq pulled pork and a margherita. Made 12 in total.

That stage wasn’t too bad. I had gotten over the first hill and didn’t feel like I couldn’t finish. And I am by far the worst shape in the league (FOR NOW, be wary Jimmies)
I had my chain jammed so bad I had to take the bike off the turbo.
I should know better than to try the 11-36 with the full size front chainring.
