I rode home from work tonight into a head wind and ice Cold rain. Legs are feeling rather heavy now so not looking forward to tonight.
I have had my Weetabix so see if they help 🤞
And I did a hilly session last night.
That's my excuses in now.
Did I see something about a 5 mile climb 😟 maybe I'll take the bottle cage off and mudguards off to lighten my bike and put a fan behind me.
No I'll see if I can do it right tonight and find the correct session.

Kudos to Jesus - he really killed it! But then again, having God on your side is generally an advantage.
That was fairly unpleasant............. especially after doing Stage 2 earlier!
I've done that in real life, but in the opposite direction. Involved going through road works and getting sticky tar over our tyres when we had to pull over as the guy on traffic control radioed his mate radioed his mate, who let the opposite direction traffic through anyway!
